Order Processing: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- European Union & Switzerland: 8–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–10 business days
- South Africa: 8–12 business days
Shipping: We provide free shipping on qualifying orders over €30.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Eligible purchases are covered by our 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.
